H&W Industrial is equipped with three (3) 60' x 20' booths to safely handle larger equipment. One prep booth and a recyclable grit blast booth. Our facility handles pipe spools, skids, vessels, trailers, semi-truck cabs, transports, tanks, and rolling stock. We are capable of handling up to 36,000 pounds of lifting capacity which is ideal for the oil and gas industry.

INTERNAL PIPE COATING
Internal pipe coating ensures a smooth abrasion-resistant lining for crude oil, gas, diesel fuel, brine (saltwater), and other oil field related fluids.

In lieu of sand blasting, H&W Industrial Services in Kilgore, TX has chosen to use the more eco-friendly and safer blast media whenever possible. We can use Black Beauty, coal slag, garnet and steel grit. These elements limit the exposure of hazards for our employees and clients.
Our NACE Level 1 manager and our highly-skilled applicators are trained to protect your assets during the preparation and coating procedures while ensuring high quality by meeting or exceeding the paint manufacturer's recommendations and specifications. H&W performs pre-construction evaluations to determine if the scope of work and the coating system to be used will afford the kind of protection needed by the client.
